There are no refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, private lessons, semi-private lessons, off or on-site private events, **wedding lessons, **wedding lesson packages, group classes, dance clinics, choreography, showcases, dances, introductory specials, and gift certificates. This applies to every circumstance- normal business, studio closure, owner death, etc..
Trips/Competitions have a separate refund policy you will be informed of in writing when registering for a trip and/or competition.
**In the event of a dissolution of upcoming nuptials, any wedding package lessons will revert to private lessons that can be taken (and completed) by either party within the same calendar year as purchase, while DWTDS is in operation.
There are no make-up lessons or classes unless of any kind, otherwise specified by DWTDS. (does not apply to calling within 24 hours to reschedule). Any lesson that is not canceled a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time will be charged to the student(s) account. (Emergencies will be handled at the discretion of DWTDS).
Why did this change/why do you have this policy?
For those of you who have been with us for some time, you know that we have always had a fair refund policy for all that we offer at DWTDS. With the changes and effects of dealing with COVID and the aftermath, we made the decision to implement a "no refund" policy. We do, however, stand behind our services, and should you not be 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to come to a positive resolution.
